Licensed in 2003, Vince Chan has been involved in the family real estate business since he was a child.
His skill set includes the financial understanding of any real estate investment as well as the technical knowledge of all aspects of house construction and remodeling.
But most of all, he understands people. With a constant smile and a caring attitude, Vince shows what it’s like to work with someone who lives, breathes, and truly loves his job. When he’s not working, Vince enjoys playing sports with his friends and relaxing on the boat with his wife and two kids.

With a life-long interest in houses and design, Kristi’s passion for real estate combined with her organizational skills means everything is running smoothly in the background at Scout Realty. Kristi handles all the accounting and marketing for Scout Realty and loves continuing on the legacy of the family business. When not working, Kristi enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and being active outside with her husband and two kids.
